“Redhead Pet Care is a Westchester-based company owned and operated by Susan Burkat. Susan has had nearly nine years of experience in the industry, having worked for All Paws Aboard, Inc. before taking over the business in July 2023.

 

In addition, Susan spent 19 years as a volunteer adoptions counselor at New York City’s ASPCA and has volunteered at different times for a Westchester animal shelter. Prior to joining All Paws Aboard, Susan’s career path was varied, including working as an esthetician and reflexologist, a public relations executive recruiter, and an entertainment publicist. Animals have always been a treasured aspect of her life, and she shares her home with a wonderful husband, their dog, and two cats.
